Delete your Histrail account and data
Request permanent deletion even if the Histrail app is no longer installed.
What happens
This form creates a manual request and automatically emails the account address. Reply to that email to confirm control of the address. An account is never deleted based only on the web form.
- Deletion is permanent.
- After submitting, check your inbox and reply to the Histrail message containing your reference ID.
- The profile, tokens, visits, notes, saved places, photo files and metadata, and public share links are normally deleted.
- Store transaction records are detached and may be retained only for a finalized legitimate operational/legal purpose and period.
- You receive confirmation after the request is completed.
Cancel the subscription separately
Deleting a Histrail account does not necessarily cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage it separately in the applicable store settings.
If the app is still installed, authenticated deletion is available directly at Profile → Delete account.
