Histrail Support

Histrail is a historical travel passport. Collections connect real places through one theme and move from a map to the curated story of each place.

Yes. The public catalog is available without sign-in. An account is required for visits, photos, saves, progress, and achievement sharing.

A thematic historical journey divided into chapters and real places. Seven complete collections are free; Premium opens the rest.

No. It helps show nearby places, but Histrail works without it. Foreground permission is requested only while using the app.

Check connectivity and map-service permission, then retry. The live map needs a connection; previously downloaded editorial content may remain available offline.

Open a place, choose the visit action, select a date, and optionally add a note and photo. Past trips count.

No. A VISITED record counts the required place. Photos, GPS, and EXIF are supporting data and never block progress.

Visited required places divided by total required places. The collection completes after every required place has been visited.

Check camera/library permission, supported file type, and connectivity. A photo is optional; avoid resubmitting if the visit state already changed.

Every current and future historical collection. Free collections contain the same mechanics.

Manage the subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting a Histrail account does not necessarily cancel store billing.

Use Restore purchases in the app. After sign-in, verified access also synchronizes with a linked Histrail account.

Check the store account, connectivity, payment state, and Restore purchases. Pending, hold, pause, expiry, refund, and revocation states come from the store.

Check the email and the sign-in method used to create the account. Apple/Google appear only in appropriately configured builds. If the problem continues, contact support.

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. If the app is unavailable, use the public deletion-request form.

Withhold optional permissions, manage the store subscription, read the Privacy Policy, or request deletion. No automated data-export flow currently exists.
